Description
Our client is seeking a talented associate to join their Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience, particularly in defending employers in wage and hour class/PAGA actions and other employment matters. Experience in counseling employers on employment practices, handling traditional labor issues, or managing labor and employment aspects of business transactions is advantageous. The role involves working closely with seasoned lawyers, offering mentorship and opportunities for increased responsibility and client interaction. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and possess strong academic credentials and communication skills.
