Our client is seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice in a vibrant Newark office. The ideal candidate should have a background in advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, as well as drafting and reviewing employment policies and related documents. Experience with the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, is also desired. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
