Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group with 2-4 years of experience in land use, planning, and zoning. The ideal candidate will have a background in representing property owners, developers, tenants, or municipalities in the land entitlement and development process, along with knowledge in environmental, regulatory, and administrative law. Exceptional academic credentials and practical legal experience are required. The position is based in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, with frequent travel to client sites in California.
