LAND USE ASSOCIATE (3142)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated associate with a minimum of 2 years of land use experience to join their Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use group in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex land use and zoning matters in New Jersey, including handling municipal and county planning board and zoning board applications and participating in hearings. While experience in affordable housing or commercial real estate transactions is a plus, it is not required. A background in representing commercial real estate developers and institutional investors is also advantageous.
