Description
Our client is seeking an energetic and driven associate to join their Real Property and Land Use team in either Seattle or Bellevue, Washington. This role is ideal for candidates with one to two years of experience in Land Use within a law firm setting. The position involves engaging work on diverse projects, including siting and acquisitions, land use permitting, and administrative land use litigation for various developments. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in land development matters, potentially including transactional real estate experience, and a keen interest in building a practice in a large firm environment. Experience advising clients on land use permitting and compliance issues is essential, along with the ability to collaborate with a team of lawyers and experts in related fields. Candidates must be a member or pending member of the Washington State Bar and willing to work from the Seattle or Bellevue office.
