Description
Our client, a national law firm with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a Real Estate Land Use Senior Counsel with a minimum of ten years of experience. This role is based in Austin and requires the ability to attend in-person zoning and planning meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex land use issues, including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development contracts, permitting, and land development and building codes. Superior interpersonal skills, excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects are essential. Candidates should have an active Texas bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
