Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm with a strong national and international presence, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their growing California Law and Motion practice. The ideal candidate will hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of California, and have at least 3 years of litigation experience. Familiarity with federal court practice and a strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure are highly desirable. Key responsibilities include drafting case management orders, organizing and analyzing case information, drafting motions, making court appearances as necessary, responding to written discovery, and conducting legal research.
