Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate for their New York office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Applicants must have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, particularly in retail and industrial sectors, and a minimum of 7 years of experience from a reputable real estate firm. Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a willingness to take on responsibility are essential. The candidate must be admitted to the New York bar and possess strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
