Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned lawyer with a minimum of eight years of experience in handling commercial leases to join their Real Estate Group. This role is available in multiple locations, including Atlanta, Boston, California, Chicago, Miami, New York, Reston, Texas, and Washington, DC. The successful candidate will act as the lead attorney in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements, supervise less experienced attorneys, and interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and other relevant parties. A JD and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction are required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial leasing market, experience with various property types, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
