Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate for their Leveraged Finance practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience advising lenders, investors, borrowers, and issuers in areas such as leveraged finance, asset-based lending, private placements, unitranche, first lien/second lien, and mezzanine financings, as well as both leveraged and investment-grade lending transactions. Candidates should demonstrate strong initiative, excellent client management skills, superior academic credentials, and prior experience in a large law firm setting. A commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment and mentoring junior associates is essential.
