Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking 3rd - 5th year associates with significant experience in private equity finance and/or private credit to join their Leveraged Finance team in New York. The ideal candidates should be creative, motivated, and entrepreneurial team players who will be instrumental in growing the firm's top-quality leveraged finance practice. The team works on complex financings for both borrower and lender side clients across all industry sectors, and collaborates on multijurisdictional transactions. The role offers significant room for advancement for motivated associates with strong technical and commercial abilities who enjoy mentoring junior associates and being involved in business development.
