LEVERAGED FINANCE ASSOCIATE (2103)
Description
Our client is seeking lateral associates with a minimum of two years of experience in representing banks, private credit lenders, and/or borrowers in complex lending transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition financings, and other leveraged and investment-grade lending transactions. Candidates must have strong experience in running deals, managing teams, and drafting primary deal documents. Ideal candidates will be driven, motivated to learn, and ready to add immediate value in a dynamic and expanding client-facing practice. Positions are available in Charlotte, NC, Washington, DC, or New York, NY, with a preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte.
