Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate to join its finance group in New York. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be licensed to practice in New York, and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, or project finance, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm. Key competencies include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. The role requires effective communication with clients, lawyers, and business professionals, producing timely and accurate work, and fostering positive work relationships.
