Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Leveraged Finance Associate to join their New York office, supporting both lender and borrower side practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in leveraged buyout financings, along with excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience. Strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills are essential. While the primary focus is on the New York office, candidates from all locations will be considered, provided they are admitted to the state bar of their office location.
