LEVERAGED FINANCE ASSOCIATE (3380)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid/senior-level Leveraged Finance Associate with five to seven years of experience to join their internationally recognized Leveraged Finance Practice. The role involves representing private equity sponsors, corporate issuers, borrowers, lenders, and other financial institutions in a variety of debt finance transactions. Candidates should have substantive experience in acquisition financings, ABLs, term loan facilities, senior and mezzanine financings, and recapitalizations. Experience as a key member of deal teams, including managing signings and closings and drafting and negotiating credit documentation, is preferred. Exposure to middle-market private equity transactions and working with alternative credit providers is advantageous. The ideal candidate is a talented self-starter, an original thinker, and driven to achieve results in a global setting.
