Our client, a globally integrated law firm, is seeking an experienced associate to join their Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in their dynamic Seattle office. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in counseling employers and handling employment-related documentation such as offer letters, employment agreements, and separation agreements. Responsibilities will include advising on a broad range of labor and employment issues like hiring, discipline, termination, discrimination, and wage matters, as well as involvement in the labor aspects of business transactions like mergers and acquisitions. Experience in traditional labor relations, while beneficial, is not mandatory. The role demands a self-starter with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
