Description
Our client is seeking a career associate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience to join their esteemed Liability Risk Management practice group, focusing on insurance matters. The role involves providing legal advice on a wide range of insurance and liability risk management issues, including risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with laws and regulations. The attorney will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop effective insurance strategies and conduct legal research and analysis. This position is available in either the Boston or New York office. Key responsibilities include supporting the Liability Risk Management practice, drafting and negotiating insurance policy wording, advising on insurance-related issues in restructuring, litigation, and M&A matters, and monitoring changes in relevant laws. Preferred candidates will have experience in commercial insurance, litigation, or M&A, and should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, efficient project management, sound judgment, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a team-oriented spirit.
