Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their award-winning Life Sciences team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic practice focusing on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies globally. The role involves working with venture-backed private and public companies on a variety of transactions, including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance. The firm represents leading life sciences companies across their entire life cycles, including financings, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, collaborations and licensing, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Candidates should have 2-4 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred, but candidates with an interest in life sciences work without direct experience will also be considered.
