Description
Our client, an award-winning Life Sciences team, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their dynamic practice. The role involves working on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and globally. The successful candidate will work with venture-backed private and public companies on a range of transactions, including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred, but candidates with an interest in life sciences work will also be considered.
