The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of corporate transactional experience, particularly in the Life Sciences sector, with expertise in contract drafting, including license, collaboration, and supply agreements within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries. The role involves working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on strategic licensing and transactional agreements. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills. This position is based in Washington D.C., and candidates must be licensed to practice law in this jurisdiction.
