Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Life Sciences & Health Industry Group, focusing on health care regulatory and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional work, including regulatory counseling and support on licensing, corporate practice of medicine, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, fraud and abuse laws, and reimbursement issues. Strong academic credentials, research, and writing skills are essential. Experience in drafting, revising, and negotiating purchase and management agreements, as well as conducting health care regulatory due diligence, is highly desirable.
