Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Life Sciences & Health Industry Group, focusing on health care litigation and investigations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in health litigation and investigations, with knowledge of health care law, including the federal False Claims Act, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws. Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills.
