Description
Our client is seeking a Midlevel Associate for their esteemed and expanding Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice within the Litigation Department, collaborating with various relevant practices across the firm. Candidates should possess 3-6 years of substantial experience in government-facing life sciences/healthcare investigations or significant U.S. healthcare compliance and counseling. Additional expertise in Regulatory, Medical Device, R&D, and global/FCPA matters is preferred, along with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset. Exceptional academic credentials and prior law firm experience are mandatory. This role is available in New York, Houston, Los Angeles, or Orange County offices, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the respective jurisdiction.
