Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel for their award-winning and expanding Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice within the Litigation Department, coordinating with other relevant practices across the firm. Candidates must have at least 7 years of significant experience with government-facing life sciences/healthcare investigations and/or U.S. healthcare compliance and counseling. Additional experience in Regulatory, Medical Device, R&D, and global/FCPA matters is preferred. The role requires a commitment to business development and client relationship management. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are essential. This position may be based in New York, Houston, Los Angeles, or Orange County, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
