Our client is seeking an associate with three to four years of experience to join their Technology Transactions team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with seasoned advisors, supporting life sciences and tech companies in developing intellectual property strategies and facilitating essential agreements. Key responsibilities include assisting in IP strategy development, managing IP protection and commercialization, drafting and negotiating collaboration and licensing agreements, and conducting research on diverse technologies such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and AI. The role also involves advising on corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and navigating IP aspects of venture capital financings and M&A transactions. Candidates must have a JD, be admitted to the state bar, and possess a strong background in intellectual property transactions, life sciences, or AI.
