Our client seeks an associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience representing life sciences companies. The role involves drafting and negotiating pharma and biotech collaborations, licensing deals, and other operational agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures. Prior client-facing experience and the ability to manage client relationships with partners are preferred.
