Description
Our client is seeking talented individuals with 3-6 years of complex litigation experience to join their team in either Houston, TX or Orange County, CA. The role involves drafting and responding to complex discovery requests, handling motions and pre-trial preparation, conducting witness interviews, negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions or appeals, conducting discovery conferences, and managing depositions. Candidates should have admission to the Texas or California State Bar, possess strong academic credentials, and demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills.
