Description
Our client is seeking an associate from law school classes 2015-2021 with experience in environmental litigation matters at the federal level. The ideal candidate will have government-side enforcement experience related to environmental or similar issues, a strong ability to analyze complex regulatory schemes, and a general understanding of enforcement approaches used by federal agencies or the Department of Justice. A solid foundation in environmental and administrative law concepts is essential. The role involves direct client contact and requires independence, with the ability to manage and complete projects with minimal supervision. Candidates should be self-starters with strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills. This position is based in Washington, D.C.
