Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation and Regulatory Associate to join their Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources group in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, with potential consideration for other locations. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated legal services, including complex litigation and regulatory issues related to environmental, workplace safety, and natural resources. Ideal candidates will have two to six years of experience from top-tier law firms, excellent writing and research skills, and a strong academic background. Experience with OSHA Process Safety Management and/or EPA Risk Management Program is a plus. The position requires a commitment to billable hours, pro bono work, and diversity initiatives.
