Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking mid- to senior-level attorneys with 5 to 7 years of litigation experience to join their Litigation & Enforcement practice group. The successful candidates can be based in either Boston, New York, or Chicago. The attorneys in these positions will manage a broad range of civil litigation, government enforcement, and internal and external investigation matters. Prior experience leading complex commercial and securities litigation matters and/or government enforcement matters is a must, and experience managing SEC inquiries, examinations and enforcement actions is highly valued. Successful applicants must have excellent attention to detail, proven leadership abilities, strong client management skills and be team oriented. Admission to practice and in good standing in the state of the assigned office is required. Impressive academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills are preferred.
