Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team in their Pittsburgh office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of an active practice in a growing office located near the city's majestic Point State Park. The firm provides a variety of corporate and litigation counsel to clients, with expertise in middle-market transactional matters, securities real estate, business tax, and more. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of meaningful litigation experience handling complex and catastrophic injury matters, including trial and trial preparation. Experience in the area of products liability is preferred. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and adeptness in case management are required. The candidate must be admitted in Good Standing to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
