Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team in Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral associate looking to be part of a growing location. The firm has strong roots in the business community and appreciates new directions in the business world. The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels, practicing in areas such as commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, and product liability. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of meaningful litigation experience handling complex and catastrophic injury matters, including trial and trial preparation. Experience in the area of products liability is preferred. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, adeptness in case management, and readiness to take the lead are required. Candidates must be admitted in Good Standing to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
