Description
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join their litigation group in their Fort Lauderdale office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic associate to be part of a fast-paced team. The successful candidate will utilize their experience in litigation and insurance defense litigation to join a seasoned team that litigates complex business cases and represents various healthcare corporate entities. The firm's Fort Lauderdale office is deeply rooted in the community, with attorneys involved in numerous organizations that shape the local landscape. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of meaningful litigation experience, be confident in their abilities to deliver a successful client experience, and have strong legal research and persuasive writing skills. Experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred. The candidate should also have excellent written and oral advocacy skills and be admitted to the Florida Bar (in Good Standing).
