LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0325)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate to join their litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have between three and five years of law firm or government experience in an enforcement/litigation-based practice, including deposition and oral argument experience. Additional environmental regulatory and counseling experience is a plus. The successful applicant must have an interest and background in environmental issues, familiarity with both federal and state environmental law, experience in prosecuting and/or defending private litigation and public agency lawsuits and enforcement actions, handling cost-recovery actions, and negotiating environmental remedies.
