Our client, a prestigious law firm, is actively seeking an Associate to join their Business Litigation Department. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of specialized experience in complex commercial litigation. This opportunity is open to remote-working applicants with a proven track record, and those with a federal clerkship background will be given strong preference. The role requires superior writing and analytical capabilities, with experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing being highly desirable. The successful candidate will have the chance for meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.
