Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Orlando, is seeking a junior associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have a wide range of experience in general commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, initiating and responding to paper discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Federal and state court litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload are required. The candidate should be admitted to practice law in Florida. Experience in construction, real estate, ADA or class action litigation, and previous experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm are pluses.
