LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0413)
Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 1 to 4 years of general commercial litigation experience to join their dynamic, expanding litigation team. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker who takes initiative and is adept at solving complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings, and try cases is preferred. Prior experience before the NC Business Court will be considered an advantage. Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are required. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the North Carolina State Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in North Carolina.
