Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have corporate litigation experience, with a focus on the Delaware Court of Chancery, and superior research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience in securities and commercial litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware is highly valued. The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects effectively is also required. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Delaware or have sat for the Delaware bar and are awaiting admission. Applications must include a resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.
