Description
Our client, a global top 50 law firm, is seeking a junior litigation associate to join their team. With a strong history in litigation and a diverse client base that includes Fortune 100 companies, privately-owned entities, and business start-ups across various industries such as energy, technology, healthcare, construction, and retail, this is an exciting opportunity to join an elite group of trust and estate litigators. The role involves assisting with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of law firm experience, preferably in trust and estate litigation, though candidates with general civil litigation experience will also be considered. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple projects are required.
