Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of business litigation experience to join their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts, including conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings, conducting/defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court. The candidate must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the jurisdiction(s) where they are admitted. Admission to the state bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment.
