Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking midlevel associates with 3-6 years of experience and a keen interest in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters. The successful candidates will be based in their Texas offices. The core areas of practice include antitrust litigation, securities litigation and enforcement, white collar defense and investigations, global compliance and anticorruption, M&A/shareholder litigation, intellectual property litigation, and other complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidates should possess strong academic qualifications, excellent writing skills, and a license to practice in Texas. The firm requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid religious or medical reason for exemption.
