Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate to join their expanding Litigation group based in Columbia, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of litigators with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels. The ideal candidate will have five to eight years of significant experience in consumer or commercial litigation in a law firm setting, with the ability to draft and argue discovery and other motions, manage discovery investigations and productions, and take and defend depositions. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and adeptness in case management are required. The candidate should be admitted to the South Carolina Bar and ready to take the lead in working with clients. Our client is a team of more than 1,000 attorneys, policy advisors, e-discovery professionals, and other business professionals, offering a broad range of services across more than 100 diversified practice areas.
