Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team in Cleveland. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of an active practice in a city that is a global hub for healthcare and tech, and home to numerous Fortune 500 companies. The successful candidate will join a team of national trial lawyers and litigators specializing in areas such as products liability defense, commercial litigation, business tort, and class action defense. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in commercial litigation, product liability, and/or other complex litigation, with excellent written and oral advocacy skills. The ability to prepare for, take, and defend depositions, and prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions is required. Excellent academic credentials are necessary, and Ohio State Bar admission is strongly preferred.
