Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate with 6-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation for their office in Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is a must. Candidates with prior experience in large cases and/or firms will be given preference. The candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar. The work environment is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and rewarding, with opportunities for interesting work and mentorship from partners.
