LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0695)
Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate for their Ft. Lauderdale or Miami office with 2-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts and prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred. Florida Bar required.
