LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0738)
Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a junior- or mid-level associate to join their esteemed civil litigation practice based in Denver. The ideal candidate should have two to four years of post-law school experience, preferably from a large law firm or judicial clerkship. The associate will primarily work on litigation and arbitration matters across Colorado and the United States, including cases involving commercial, construction, real estate, environmental, toxic tort, energy, and white collar disputes. This role offers the opportunity to play a significant part in complex litigation matters within a supportive team and the resources of a global law firm. Preferred candidates will have experience across many facets of litigation, including legal research and writing, written discovery, electronic discovery, depositions, expert discovery, mediation, and trial.
