Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate for their office located near the majestic Point State Park in Pittsburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding practice that provides a wide range of litigation services to clients across various industries. The successful candidate will join a team of highly skilled attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels, practicing in areas such as commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, and product liability. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of meaningful litigation experience, including preparing for, taking and defending depositions, and prior experience drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills are essential, and federal clerkship experience is a plus. Candidates must be admitted in Good Standing to practice in Pennsylvania.
