Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their expanding litigation practice based in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience, including federal and state court matters, initial claims investigations, drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, expert witnesses, and trial and/or arbitration. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills, and the ability to manage a complex workload. Interpersonal skills and professional commitment are essential for success in this collaborative team environment. The candidate must hold a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school and be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
