Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience and a keen interest in complex litigation. The ideal candidate should have a background in general commercial litigation, employment class actions, PAGA actions, and/or commercial class actions. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. Responsibilities include case management, legal research, writing, and analysis, with experience in both federal and state courts. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of California.
