Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of three years of experience in a law firm or government setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in general commercial, securities, M&A- or corporate governance-related, or antitrust litigation; SEC enforcement; or criminal and regulatory investigations. This includes experience practicing with an AmLaw 100 law firm. Strong academic and writing skills are essential, and a federal judicial clerkship is highly desirable.
